No les puedes decir con educacion: necesitas algo? No te necesitamos, gracias. o algo asi como, estoy yo haciendo este parto y la mujer y bebe no tienen ningun problema. SI se ponen tontos diles: Acaso interrumpo yo tu trabajo cuando tu lo estas haciendo?
ya se q es mas facil decirlo q hacerlo,pero no es su trabajo el parto normal.

Ahi va la definicion de matrona de la OMS, confederacion internacional de ginecologos y obstetras y confederacion internacional de matronas:
En Ingles:
‘A midwife is a person who, having been regularly admitted to an educational programme, duly recognised in the country in which it is located, has successfully completed the prescribed course of studies in midwifery and has acquired the requisite qualifications to be registered and/or legally licensed to practise midwifery.
She must be able to give the necessary supervision, care and advice to women during pregnancy, labour and the postpartum period, to conduct deliveries on her own responsibility and to care for the newborn and the infant. This care includes preventative measures, the detection of abnormal conditions in mother and child, the procurement of medical assistance and the execution of emergency measures in the absence of medical help. She has an important task in health counselling and education, not only for women, but also within the community. The work should involve antenatal education and preparation for parenthood and extends to certain areas of gynaecology, family planning and child care. She may practise in hospitals, clinics, health units, domiciliary conditions or any other service.’

This definition was approved by the International Confederation of Midwives (ICM) and the International Federation of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians (FIGO) in 1973 and later adopted by WHO. In 1990, it was amended by ICM and the amendment was ratified by FIGO in 1991 and by WHO in 1992.

"Una matrona es la persona que,habiendo estado admitida en un programa de educacion, debidamente aprobado por el pais el cual se encuentre, ha satisfactoriamente completado los estudios en Matroneria y ha adquirido las calificacion/titulo requeridos para estar registrada y/o legalmente autorizada para practicar matroneria"
Debe estar capacitada para dar la supervision necesaria,cuidados y consejos a la mujer durante embarazo, parto y postparto,dirigir partos en su propia responsibilidad y cuidar del recien nacido y del infante. Este cuidado incluye medidas preventivas, deteccion de desviaciones de lo normal en madre e hijo, procurar asistencia medica y ejecucion de medidas urgentes en caso en ausencia de ayuda medica.
Tiene una importante tarea en educacion y promocion de la salud no solo de la mujer, si no de la comunidad.
La educacion debe incluir educacion prenatal y prepARAcion para la paternidad, y extenderse a ciertas areas de ginecologia,planificacion familiar y cuidados infantiles. Puede practicar en hospitales,consultas,centros de salud, domicilios y otros servicios.
Esta definicion fue aprovada por la Federacion Internacional de Matronas(ICM), Federacion internacional de ginecologos y obstetras(FIGO) en 1973, y luego fue adoptada por la OMS. En 1990 la definicion fue ratificada por ICM,en 1991 por FIGO y en 1992 por la OMS.
